Delivery & Returns


We would like to acknowledge and thank you for your order. With acceptance of your order and dispatch of your package, we confirm your package is upon its way to the rightful owner.


All orders placed before 12 noon (GMT) on a business day (Monday to Friday) we aim to ship where possible the same day, providing card security checks are complete, and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 12noon (GMT) will be shipped where possible the following business day. Any orders over the weekend will be shipped on the Monday (only exception on Bank Holidays).
 

Delivery Charge

You will only ever pay one delivery charge per order processed.

All deliveries are tracked with the option to require a signature.

Our estimated times for postage delivery and standard charges are:


UK Postage 
  • UK Royal Mail 24 Tracked - Aims to deliver the next working day with online tracking - £5.40

  • UK Royal Mail 24 Tracked with Signature - Aims for Next Day delivery with online tracking - £6.90

  • UK Royal Mail 48 Tracked - Aims for 2-3 day delivery with online tracking (Free on orders over £100)- £4.25

  • UK Royal Mail 48 Tracked with Signature - Aims to deliver in 2-3 working days with online tracking and a signature upon arrival - £5.75

  • UK Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm - Order before 4pm for next day postage - £14.75


 
European Postage 
We offer Royal Mail International Europe Tracked shipping which aims to deliver within 3-5 working days. Online tracking is provided with signed for options available.  Prices range between £15 and £20.90 depending on location and delivery option. 


Worldwide Postage
We ship to: Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates and Canada
We offer Royal Mail International World Zones Tracked shipping which aims to deliver within 5-7 working days. Online tracking is provided with signed for options available. prices range between £26.55 and £33.20 depending on location and delivery option. 

Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to the United States of America

Click and Collect
All our products are available for click and collect from the boutique, free of charge, next day or sooner.
 

Your Right Of Cancellation
When you are buying goods online, you are entering a legally binding contract. The UK law is the applicable law and our guarantee valid within the UK.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have an allocated time period to examine the goods and exert your right to cancel your order or part of your order.

If you have had an item tailored or customised at Dragonfly Boutique Dragonfly Boutique or elsewhere, Dragonfly Boutique cannot be refund on return.
 


Cancellation Period

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. Simply let us know within this period that you wish to cancel, using email or message. Please reference your DF Order Number in your written notice. Please let us know which option you wish to take ie a refund, replacement, exchange or credit note.

Once you've told us you'd like to cancel, you'll have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Items must be unworn and with original tags. 

After we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 14 days. You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling your order. You must ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods and you must return them to us by post.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method. 

 

Faulty Items 

If your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act.

If you notify us within 30 days of receiving your item, you have the right to reject it and receive a full refund.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
 


Easy Returns
Returned goods must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging.

Please return you item to the address below and reference your DF order Number.

Please ensure the goods are securely and safely packaged so that the goods are not damaged in transit.
 


We would advise you to record or certify your delivery with a proof of posting card to keep evidence of posting. If you choose to exchange an item, we shall pay for the new exchange item to be delivered.
 


Alternatively, call into the boutique to discuss with us in person.
 


Refund Time
Your item will be refunded within at least two weeks of receiving your goods and within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation.
 


We shall reimburse delivery only when goods are faulty.
 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
